High Commissioner H.E. Rohitha Bogollagama met with the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Minister for Climate), Kerry McCarthy MP

High Commissioner H.E. Rohitha Bogollagama met with Kerry McCarthy MP, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Minister for Climate) on 02 September 2024 at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, United Kingdom.

The High Commissioner discussed with Kerry McCarthy MP, Minister for Climate, matters related to Sustainable Energy Goals and target for Carbon Neutrality through future Sustainable Energy investments as well as the establishment of the International Climate Change University in Sri Lanka. High Commissioner Bogollagama thanked the United Kingdom Government for investments in the Power and Energy sector developments in the past.
