High Commissioner Nimal Senadheera meets the Directors of SL–UKCC London
Board of Directors of the Sri Lanka–UK Chamber of Commerce (SLUKCC) paid a courtesy call on the newly appointed High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to the United Kingdom Nimal Senadheera on 19th June 2025 at the High Commission premises. The delegation was led by the SLUKCC President Mr. Eranga Pathirage and General Secretary Mr. Charles Rohan de Alwis.
High Commissioner Nimal Senadheera presents open copy of Letter of Credence
High Commissioner Nimal Senadeera presented the Open Copy of his Letter of Credence to Ms Victoria Busby OBE, Vice Marshal and Director of Protocol at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office on 17th June 2025, before the formal and ceremonial presentation of Credentials to His Majesty King Charles III.
High Commissioner – designate Nimal Senadheera assumes duties in London
High Commissioner-designate of Sri Lanka to the United Kingdom Nimal Senadheera who arrived in London on 14 June 2025, assumed duties at the High Commission on 16 June. High Commissioner-designate Senadheera was received upon arrival at Heathrow Airport by Mr. Gordon Wetherell CMG, Special Representative of the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs.
