Sri Lanka Consulate General Office in Milan moves to new premises
The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Milan, Italy will be moving to its new premises at Via Giovanni da Udine, n. 15, 20156, Milan on 18 May 2021, to provide better facilities for the Sri Lankan community residing in Northern Italy.
The new premises will comprise spacious facilities for the general public, specifically in view of the present Covid-19 pandemic situation, which requires social distancing and providing health security for the public as well as the office staff. The location has better accessibility for visitors, being situated in an area in Milan with public transportation and less congestion.
To serve the Sri Lankan community with greater efficiency, the Consulate General Office in Milan, with the assistance of the Foreign Ministry, will reintroduce the online appointment system for the general public to obtain appointments for daily consular services commencing on 18 May 2021, coinciding with the move to the new premises
