Submission of applications at the Consular Section of the High Commission for all consular services except for Emergency Passports and Life Certificates for pension matters of senior citizens is strictly by prior appointment. A separate appointment is required for each application.
We regret our inability to provide consular services to those who walk-in without prior appointments.

- All original documents must be submitted along with photocopies. (single side of A4 size paper)

Additional amount will be charged if the photocopies are taken from the High Commission.
- Method of payment – cash, postal order or banker’s draft only
(Postal order/banker’s draft should be drawn in favour of Sri Lanka High Commission)
