Sri Lankan trained nurses ready to begin their careers in the UK

Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabry awarded letters of appointment to a group of Sri Lankan trained nurses who are scheduled to begin their employment at hospitals in the United Kingdom at a ceremony held on 25 August, 2022 at the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute. Sri Lanka promotion at the Masters’ Hockey World Cup 2022, Nottingham

High Commission of Sri Lanka in London in partnership with the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, Sri Lanka National Masters Hockey Association, and World Masters’ Hockey Ltd, organised a Sri Lanka tourism promotional event at the closing ceremony of the Masters’ Hockey World Cup on 21 August 2022.

Foreign Minister Ali Sabry assumes duties

Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabry assumed duties at the Ministry today (25 July, 2022) at a simple ceremony. Foreign Secretary Aruni Wijewardane and the senior officials were present.
